Things that really .. really make my day: part I
Being first in the queue and getting a polite, courteous service.
No hassle. No Fuss.
No mess. No stress...
Thoughts, ideas, observations and other angst-ridden paranoid ramblings from the thin edge of reason to the fat waist line of reality .. and back again!

I wonder how many queues a person in say, 2020, would have to stand in.
1) Banks: online banking already making the trip redundant
2) Shopping/Library: RFID technlogy will allow you to just walk out with the stuff
3) Voting: Electronic, perhaps?
4) Traffic Lights: Intelligent lights will detect cars at intersection and manage them effciently
Any more queues people have to wait at on a day-to-day basis?
Gone...

The anesthetic didn't even work .. the same way most of the local anesthetic injections I've ever had never work, and the same way general anesthetic only partially works.
So there was a lot of discomfort and pain.
